The wellness industry has made aging look like a battle. Aggressive programs, rigid protocols and extreme timelines promise rapid results. Yet most people who attempt these approaches quietly burn out, feel worse than before, and eventually give up. Sustainable healing does not come from intensity. It comes from consistency. For me, long-term health and reverse aging are not achieved through shock to the system, but through habits the body can trust.
