Gagan Dhawan is the Founder and CEO of The New Me, a Delhi-based series of health & wellness books and kits that help individuals adopt a healthy lifestyle. As the author of a practical lifestyle guide, Gagan is on a mission to develop a platform that allows easy access to plant-based solutions for healthy living. He envisions emphasizing a foundation for healthy thinking, eating, and living through environment-friendly, sustainable, and vegan products.
Coming from an Indian Army family background, Gagan has pursued education across various schools in India. This opportunity helped him experience and assimilate the cultural ethos of the country. With a rich entrepreneurial experience, Gagan has a demonstrated history of working with several successful ventures like RHI Printographics and Aayana Marbles. Before starting The New Me, he founded ServDharm, a devotional gifting startup selling festive gift boxes, holy books, etc.
Gagan’s curated books and kits have a multi-pronged approach to nutrition and a practical workout regimen that offers unparalleled energy levels to fitness freaks. He hopes to continue striving to invest in health and regulate a 360-degree transformation of thousands of lives through helpful plant-based foods, thereby helping people reduce their carbon footprint. On the way forward, Gagan plans to introduce tech-driven solutions that would drive more people toward healthy and sustainable lifestyles and expand his reach. He believes in motivating people with inspirational stories related to health, spirituality, motivation, leadership, and self-reflection.
Gagan’s continuous drive for success and creative mindset has enabled him to have numerous achievements. He has launched a Collector’s Edition Bhagavad Gita in an engraved wooden box and established RHI Printographics as a leading choice for high-end printing for brands, including Swarovski, BMW, Dior, Belvedere, Hennessy, Carlsberg, The Leela, amongst others.
Apart from his professional roles, Gagan loves to spend his leisure time practicing yoga, swimming, reading, and penning down his thoughts. He is also keen to invest in emerging startups and curate innovative products that cater to overall health and mindfulness.
