As an ardent follower of living right, I’ve always focused on not limiting myself to just the physical aspect when it comes to good health. People often forget that being healthy is also about the state of your mind, daily routine, healthy habits, positive thoughts and harmony with your environment. This is known as ‘holistic health’ as it aims at improving all the aspects of your health – physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and psychological. My commitment to this vision of inspiring people to transform their lives  became even more ironclad when I wrote a guidebook to help people.
